GETTING STARTED

There are questions you'll clarify before the first session on an easy to answer web form. Together we'll make sure your objectives are realistic. After one session, you'll feel potential for progress or be able to opt out and get a refund for the remaining sessions.

If coaching is a new format for you, the Rescue Remedy is a awesome trial. If you are familiar with coaching, you will be able to work fast with this focused package.

The Jumpstart includes three sessions, fifty minutes each, over the phone.

You'll fill out the application below, and then we'll talk to makes sure this program is a good fit for us both. Filling out the application presents no obligation for you.

The three sessions need to be scheduled within a month, same time if possible.

After each session, you have actions and or inner work to do before the next call to enhance your progress.

The final session will include a summary of what you've achieved, learned, and what you plan to follow up on.

Difference between this package and 4 or 6 month coaching programs:

The Soul Savvy Jumpstart is brief assistance, 3 sessions, to help you feel better now. It's a good option when you are unclear where to get help or what to do next. It's also great when you need help completing a project or getting a good start on a new one. It aims to get you moving toward what really matters.

This program can also get you moving on something you're clear about but just not quite getting to.  But it is short term support, one month in length. It will give you a taste of coaching, an appetizer, as opposed to a full and satisfying meal.

The four and six months programs dedicate more time to laying a clear foundation for work that will take more time. You are actually planning a career shift, not just thinking about it. You have a performance in eight months, not envisioning one.

Keep in mind that if you find you'd like to continue your coaching after the Rescue Remedy package ends, it will serve as a fine way to launch. This program can serve in lieu of a Strategy Session, a prerequisite for the monthly coaching programs.

* For those who haven't experienced coaching or worked like this on the phone, you're in for a special experience. Work by phone is convenient and travel free. Though some initially miss the more familiar face to face format, they learn the phone corridor has fewer distractions. This enables better concentration and deeper discussions.
