OKAY, HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you haven't tried coaching, it can be an overwhelming world to view. It's a big step to try it, especially for the first time.  Learning is fast luckily, in terms of seeing if coaching is an empowering format for you, and if Denise is the right coach.

First Denise - a skilled facilitator, fellow healer and artist - will lead you through the start up steps. A good foundation needs to be set up, that is both safe and supportive, while also having room for your expansion and risk taking.

The logistics of how coaching works will be explained and simplified. You'll name your goals as clearly as you now can, and how you will know when you've gotten to your destination. Based on this map, we'll estimate a length of time for the coaching and the method of payment. Credit cards and checks are accepted via PayPal or mail.

Then the fun begins big time. Our collaboration gives you structure and accountability to walk your talk and take action. That means less BSing yourself and less lost time. Honesty keeps our container powerful and we adjust as needed.

At the end of our session, you will name your action steps, and then we'll start the next one seeing how it went. So many times people have great ideas but don't implement them. Naming your goals between sessions really gets you going and exponentially accelerates the progress and results you've longed for.

And if you find out you don't want something that you thought you did, this is great too. Again, you can stop wondering and move on to the next step. Overall, the goal is to speed your progress toward what you want.

Life is like a puzzle - there are many interlocking pieces that have to work together to create a lovely whole. Your overall life balance is also positively impacted by the coaching process. All the missing pieces get highlighted and can be set right.

The Nitty Gritty Details

The Gifted Life Pilgrimage program includes three coaching sessions a month, of fifty minutes each. These happen over the phone at a regular time we set up.

You will answer some preliminary questions to get started and have questions to answer to inform me exactly of what you hope to accomplish. You'll choose a package length and cost, and pay monthly at a time specified in our contract. Other logistics will be explained so that it all makes sense.

After each session, you have actions and or inner work to do that furthers your progress. With your courageous leaps, there will be challenges, and our coaching container minimizes downtime and increases your tools and resource options. You also get support through brief email and voice mail support between sessions.

When you're complete, we'll need one to two sessions to end and integrate. You'll walk away with a plan and with a more fulfillment and peace in your heart.
